Famous Feet

Posted by

It's Sunday, y'all!

Standing at attention, meet the complete heron, whose feet were featured in a post here earlier this week.

In total, a beautiful bird - including those famous feet. In terms of creation, God pays a lot of attention to all the details.

If you're paying attention to all the details of this photo, those white blotches that randomly show up across the surface of this cement-surfaced pier are bird droppings - heron, gull, pelican, egret, cormorant. Oh well. Just watch your step.

Soli Deo Gloria!

That missing toenail doesn't seem to bother this fine looking bird.

Oh, I have almost the same at home (to be published soon or later)

A wonderful shot of this lovely bird ... and as for the splotches of white ... it's proof positive that various species share this same pier.

Sunday blessings!

Excellent detail; the shadow rocks. The concrete and pool edge make a non-natural setting, but you did a good job of framing the bird so that the pool edge did not intersect it.
