A day or two before Tropical Storm Debby really turned into Debby, there was a general sense of foreboding on the Gulf. The weather watchers had found this very active low pressure system that seemed primed to become something more. And the signs in the sky were saying what the old timers said, when rising to a red dawn like this one... "Red sky in the morning, sailors take warning..." Took this one in my own back yard.
