All that glitters...

...is not gold. Take, for instance, SF's "Golden Gate" bridge. First-time visiting, I was very surprised to discover it is painted an orange-red color, not gold at all. Gave this one some lomo treatment to make its colors "pop" just a little bit more.

Nice colors, the boat gives additional balance to the picture with its red stripe

I've only seen this Golden Bridge from the postcards, magazines and perhaps documentaries..seeing this on your post makes me feel I am a little closer to seeing it personally somewhat:)

I posted on Judy's blog saying the same thing,it's not meant to be impersonal, but I meant to thank both you and her for being my friends on AM3 all these years!(6 to be exact!)

A silly idea came to my mind recently...I wanted to print out all these 6 years' worth of blog posts, and I was crazy enough to do so,printed out 2008 and 2009's posts and busted my printer, haha! It was very nostalgic reading the old posts, reminiscing how much my children have since grown, how crazy I was to cook elaborate meals and bake and all, I cannot imagine doing them now! And how appreciative I am looking back the years of friendship you and Judy and some others have extended me, and how glad I am that 6 years on, we are still posting on each other's blogs. I have also been thinking whether I should close down my blog, which I have not been posting as regularly, also for privacy reasons, whether I should post the pictures of my children and mentioning their names and stuff. I mean blogging was a way for me to vent all these years and I appreciated that, but now that the children are growing older, I have been wondering whether I should continue ranting on the WWW. Nevertheless, I just want to say a big Thank you Uncle Glenn, for all these years of encouragement and friendship!:)
