Can you imagine a six-foot version of this cute little guy, roaming around the inside of your home in the middle of the night, loaded down with baskets of candy and eggs?

For some of us, that's pretty much all Easter is about. How scary would that be?

No six foot fuzzy white rabbit is going to roam MY house in the middle of the night! (This tiny one is cute, though.) And, yes, it is scary that for some it's all that Easter is about.

Well titled, this cute bunny is ... and really a scary thought you've shared.
I thank God that that's not what OUR Easter is all about!

That would be the saddest thing in the world, when such a lifechanging event can be turned into a fairy-dust cute-little-rabbit-is-here-so-feel-good-about-yourself day.Somebody should just remove that bunny and eggs once and for all.

Excellent detail. The power of Resurrection explodes and transforms all of the trivialities that we create. And even though it is the kids who are into bunnies and colored eggs, I think that they often are most open to the mystery and the wonder of Easter. I also remember a PBS special 20 or 30 years ago that dealt with the Romanian Orthodox decorating of eggs; they were a powerful icon.

Just like Santa for Christmas, Bunnies for Easter make great profits and fun for the children. Although many do not teach the real meaning.
As for this image, that is one happy bunny with a big fluffy smile and cute pink nose. I like the pastel colors.

Gosh he's cute, I'd only hope that my 3 cats wouldn't tear him to shreds, nah, they'd probably hide under the couch :)

@Lorraine: Haha, for a minute I thought I read "they'd probably hide the body under the couch..."

Your first few words made me think about "Harvey" the Jimmy Stewart movie... that's how removed I am from Easter bunnies... is that funny or just sad? Still a very provocative question.
