Hit the StreetsPosted by Viewfinder (Bradenton, FL, United States) on 19 July 2009 in Sport & Recreation and Portfolio. It's Sunday, y'all! And how do you begin a series of incredible memories, disguised as photographs of a great city like San Francisco? I think first, you thank God for the privilege of having the chance to visit a place like this. Then, you recognize that in a short time visit it's impossible to capture all but the most obvious and easy to find scenes of the city and its surrounding countryside to the north and south. And yet, wanting to avoid just the cliche post card shots, and acknowledging the amazing collage of life, creative energy, and beauty that is found here, I think you gotta start with the people. One of the most amazing things about San Francisco, we decided, is the people. Like these happy bikers as they pass by us pedestrians. All, by the way, bikers and pedestrians alike, are enjoying this beautiful morning along the Bay, at the Marina headed into the Presidio -- a great place to people-watch and check out the Golden Gate. Soli Deo Gloria!
