Dog to Work Day

A break from Cape Cod shots (many more to share sometime)... some of you have requested Bella pictures. So here's a recent one -- I took her to my office one morning; here she was busy investigating all the stuff with that incredible curiosity and sniffer that is so characteristic of Bella.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL AT AM3. I am out and probably away from the computer all this week. We are headed to north Georgia to spend Thanksgiving with our son and his wife and her family. I hope everyone who celebrates this holiday has a wonderful day, filled with turkey and gratitude for every blessing. And those who do not, I hope will remember to count their blessings and be thankful. Packing and getting the SUV all set for the drive today; we leave very early Tuesday morning and plan to return sometime Sunday.

@Laurie: Thanks, we're hopeful that her meds have done some good. Bella is incredibly nosy, so her adoring eyes here may mask a bit of unbridled nosy-ness about what might be on that shelf (there had been some candy in a jar).

Ah, I get it. She is pretending to adore the image in the frame (perhaps of her master) but sniffs the candy. So with that charming pose she may be rewarded. So she thinks.
I am so happy to see Bella. She is beautiful and really looks like a mans best friend. I sense she really enjoyed going to the office that day.
By the way her tail makes me think of a wolf, very likely she may have some of that in her ancestry

@Barbara: I'm not sure it translates in this image, but that tail is gently wagging and the motion has softly blurred it. Bella is a Shepherd mix. I suppose there is close proximity to wolf blood woven into such a doggie line

@Stephen Phillips: Hahaha. She gets certain benefits, free rent, free meals and medical care, a nice yard to play in, and daily walks twice (or more) a day, morning and night.
