Bam!

Just to throw it out here before you right away, Key West is not particularly a beach place, but it definitely is a WATER place! As in boating, skiing, fishing, snorkeling, sailing, and more.

Sorry, in this pic I was on a boat, and we were drifting near a reef. We had two-foot seas, and even this relatively minor wave action kept us going up and down. Thus, the horizon reflects the boat's motion (and is therefore not straight across)...

But this is the for-real color of the water, as viewed from the deck of the glass-bottom boat I was on.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL AT AM3. I am out and probably away from the computer all this week. We are headed to north Georgia to spend Thanksgiving with our son and his wife and her family. I hope everyone who celebrates this holiday has a wonderful day, filled with turkey and gratitude for every blessing. And those who do not, I hope will remember to count their blessings and be thankful. Packing and getting the SUV all set for the drive today; we leave very early Tuesday morning and plan to return sometime Sunday.
