A random trio of happy beachcombers, dressed for the chilly breezes, are walking along this same beach as I am on 1/25. Besides their little beachwalk, they got to see the dolphins and pelicans doing their thing (as in my previous four posts).
Oh, on that day (1/25) it was about 65 F. and a bit windy, but hardly could it be called "cold" on the beach. Even so, when you get used to a much warmer climate, a windy 65 degrees can feel pretty brisk.
Please pray for Bella.
Bella Update: 10/14/08, Tuesday. Bella will see her doggie cardiologist today. We are hoping and praying he will find some healing/improvement in her heart/aortic valve condition. God is the one who heals and blesses.
Bella's miracle, the one we're all praying for, is still a day by day process; it may take a bit of time for completion. Bella's battle for life, wellness, and needed healing for her heart isn't a sprint but a long-distance run. Bella and I thank you for joining her prayer "team" around the world. Each of you are truly special blessings to us.

( this is a LOST reference incase I am the only fan of the show ... lol ) Have a GREAT weekend View

Nice shot Viewfinder. It's so weird for me to see people in so much clothes strolling along the beach.

That 65 degrees would be somewhat balmy for me right now. ;-) The direction they're walking makes it looks like they've reached the "end" of the beach, rather than walking along the beach. "Honey, do you know where you're going?," asks the wife.

@Steven: Actually, what is ahead of them is a little beach "finger" and then slightly to their right the island and its beach goes for just a wee bit more, until the waters of the Gulf meet the waters of the bay and the land ends.
i love these colors! nice one!

@bronzebilly u.k.: What? Me... toy with the winter-bound? ;o)
What a beautiful place to go for a winter stroll. It makes me wish the sea was nearer to where I live. The temp here 2/10 has been around the same as in this shot, it was really beautiful. We made the most of it and went out and dug the garden, the birds were singing and the sun shining. A most unusual winter day here in the UK.

nice composition and colours - I really like the symmetry/alternation of the way they are dressed, along with the complementary tones and layers of the earth, water and sky.
