A Week at the Beach 7

Posted by Viewfinder (Bradenton, FL, United States) on 27 January 2008 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.

It's Sunday, y'all!
First item of business is for all the straight line horizon people who may feel compelled to tell me this horizon should be a straight line: Ain't gonna happen! I like the rounded, non-straight line (even tilted) look of this horizon, with its tilted vanishing point, and have deliberately kept it that way.

This is called perspective, and mine works accordingly. Why? Chalk it up to "Changes in latitude, changes in attitude," mon.

As for the footprints on the sand, they will soon be swept away by wind and waves, leaving only the two lonely sandpipers to recall and enjoy all the wonders of God's creation in this place. At least until all the snowbirds return next year... Au revoir!

Soli Deo Gloria!
