It's Sunday, y'all!
Here's a random walking man I saw from my car last Friday. He was crossing Cortez Blvd. and seemed on a quest to get somewhere. I think he was looking for inspiration, and it appears he may have it in his sights. Picasa-ed ("I feel lucky") for improved color; shot D80, thru my tinted windshield.

Bella Update: 07/23/08. Wednesday. Another good Bella morning, she is in good spirits, even with they mysterious disappearance of our normally numerous and active neighborhood squirrel population. Maybe "Sheriff Bella" has cleaned out Dodge and sent all those tree-climbing hoodlums packing. Heh.
Bella and I appreciate each of you for caring and praying. Please understand this miracle being prayed for, because although it is day by day, it also may take a bit of time for completion: Bella's battle for life, wellness, and a healed heart isn't a sprint but a long-distance run.
What we have right now are daily blessings: I am prayerfully thankful that her good days may be God's bit by bit miracle that is slowly unfolding.

The guy marches to the "beat" of a different drummer. The photographer was also in tune with his stride. It's evident by the image we see here. Excellent depth of Focus. Just perfect.

The old fella was definitely enjoying his day walking; all decked out for it and looking at life like a challenge he was ready to meet. Hope when I am older like him, that I have that same kind of youthful and ready to meet life as God gives it spirit.

He's onto something! I don't understand how you got such great color thru a tinted window. You shot at just the right moment to get more than just a snapshot. There's definitely something going on here.

@#1AcePhotog: LOL. I agree; the colors are really good. Slightly (Picasa: I feel lucky) enhanced, that's all. Since taking this shot, I've noticed this same old guy walking all over Bradenton. I don't know where he's going or where he's been, but he always seems to be a cheerful sort as he goes on his way.
