I hate paparazziPosted by Viewfinder (Bradenton, FL, United States) on 10 July 2007 in Animal & Insect and Portfolio. Our poor cat hates it when the camera crew breaks into his privacy and destroys his more contempletive moments...

@Myst: Thanks. @badala: Glad you stopped by. @Anup: Thanks for your comments. Jen from Alpharetta, United StatesNow that little kitty looks pissed!!! Fabulous capture Craig! 10 Jul 2007 12:36pm Jen from Alpharetta, United StatesCrap...too early...Great Capture Viewfinder, my apologies!!! 10 Jul 2007 12:37pm @Jen: It's ok Jen. I'm glad you like the image. Myrtle (our cat) thanks you, too. @MC: Heh... I think you have some insider info here. ;-) @Celialee: We sometimes refer to him as the Grinch, scowling down at Who-ville with disdain in his heart. Wendy from Hayward, United StatesWow, the cat look so fierce there. I feel like he/she is so ready to devour me =) Nice pic! 10 Jul 2007 9:16pm @Wendy: Myrtle is our cat's name. Myrtle is a male. He looks far more fierce than he actually is. It's a long story how he got a girl's name. Maybe that's why he scowls sometimes. He's really a sweet cat. Reza from Montreal, CanadaVery nice shot! Yuor cat reminds me my childhood cat that I loved it so much, she was like yours ! 10 Jul 2007 11:27pm @Reza: Thanks, I appreciate your comments; it makes me glad that my cat reminded you of yours. Good photos should do that for all of us. Walt from Scarborough, CanadaI can see why the chipmunks might want to stay out of your yard. :) 11 Jul 2007 1:56am @Walt: Heh... down here in FL now, Myrtle is more a lizard-catcher than a chipmunk chaser these days. But there was a time when he was the main tiger of the yard when we lived in KY and GA. Glad you dropped in. HorseRotorVator from Newton, United StatesSuper duper capture! I love it!!! What an expression! :) 11 Jul 2007 9:42am @HorseRotorVator: Gee whiz, thanks for that compliment. Rahul from Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiaWow look at those eyes man, real cool shot here pal. :) She looks angry at you hehe.... 11 Jul 2007 5:55pm @Rahul: :-) Thank you. This was not a happy cat at that moment. @SuN: Many thanks! :-) Mike Raffan from Aberdeen, United KingdomThat cat just does not like getting its photo taken :) 12 Jul 2007 3:04pm @Mike Raffan: He's really got a great disposition most of the time, but was not pleased to be disturbed in his morning meditations on this particular day. Thanks for coming by. @Double KK Photography: Glad you like. ;) stijn from brugge, Belgium:D a cat with an atitude probleml :p like most of them :D ... great one 14 Jul 2007 1:23pm @stijn: Ha-ha! Thanks. Twelvebit from Victoria, United StatesThat's one of the maddest looking cats I've ever seen. Even the caged cats at the zoo don't looked this miffed. 15 Jul 2007 3:27pm @Twelvebit: Laughing... this cat is actually very sweet, but he has his moments. Like this one. Lightwalker from Budapest, HungaryStraight from a disappointing tale with some blue flowers - looks excellent! A good one. 24 Jul 2007 11:20am @Lightwalker: LOL. Thank you for commenting today. Lorraine from CanadaMyrtle, I adore you already :) what a beauty, such charachter LOL 1 Aug 2007 3:09pm @Lorraine: Myrtle is a real personality, a real character, for sure. And he thanks you for the compliments. He got his name as a tiny kitten, when we thought he was a she. The girl name stuck. Maybe that accounts for some of his expressions. Lorraine from CanadaLOL, that's hilarious..maybe you can nickname him Myrt, you know to take the trauma away 4 Aug 2007 1:29pm @Lorraine: Laughing, too. Thanks Lorraine; we have long since nicknamed him Myrt. He is still not amused. Judy from Brooksville-Florida,, United StatesOhhh, I missed this one and on Mike's birthday ... Myrtle looks like he's frowning. Great shot! 11 Oct 2008 12:16pm |
